From November 1 to the end of the year, Volusion merchants processed an astounding $500+ million in online sales. This figure represents a 13% increase in sales over the same period in 2011, which far outshined how the rest of the ecommerce industry performed.
Even more, you made the most of the biggest selling day in ecommerce history, Cyber Monday. In fact, Volusion merchants increased their Cyber Monday sales by 20% compared to 2011. This growth outpaced overall industry growth on Cyber Monday, which came in at 17% year over year (comScore).
Beyond dollar signs, orders processed on the Volusion platform reached staggering heights. In fact, peak performance saw over 50,000 products sold in a single minute! And for the entire holiday selling season, you and your fellow Volusion storeowners sold a whopping 22.3 million products.
