I just recented purchased additional domain names with keywords and I have them forwarding to our main site. Will we get this seo bump from that or should we add the real dns number?
(ANSWER: When used as a forwarding tool, domain names do not help your site’s SEO. The additional domains can help get traffic to your store, but when used as a name that forwards a searcher to another site- that domain will not help your site’s organic rankings.)

It would be better to have your main keyword in domain, it will help you when you go for text link exchange. Your keywords would be benifited for serp.
