Dear Madame/Sir

I am an assistant professor teaching English as a second language at the English Language Center at the Institute of Public Administration. I am currently teaching Business English and I am not satisfied with the current book that we are using. As a result, I thought of writing a business textbook. Our students will use this textbook, if approved by the committee. The average number of students is 1200 per year. And it might be used by other schools in Saudi Arabia. I am right now in the process of writing the first chapter and I will show it to the committee in order for them to approve it and once it is approved I will continue finishing the book because no publisher in Saudi Arabia will buy this book unless it is approved by the school.
