Hello Connie. At this time we do not provide templates for email campaigns. This hasn't been something our clients have asked for, yet we will put that request in now. By default, most email providers (Outlook, etc) do not allow images to be displayed directly in a users e-mail (since this requires downloading images in their e-mails automatically, and is a way that users can pick up bugs and viruses). With that being said, most users refrain from using heavy html in their emails. In regards to paying a third party, try Googling "free e-mail templates". There are several available online. Thank you.

I've had to go to a third party email compaign, because you do not provide templates for this feature. I would really like to reduce my cost, am I missing something? do you or do you not have templates for Volusion email campaigns?
Thank you!
