		<description>Don't forget--blogging is a communal activity.  Bloggers tend to leave useful comments on other people's blogs in order to both contribute value and help promote their ideas.

Also, if you don't link to other people's blogs, they tend not to link to yours, which is 1.) bad karma if you are getting your material from them and 2.) not good for SEO.  I learned that sort of late at Volusion, but it's totally true.  A blogroll is very useful for this as well.

Blogging is great for store owners because the biggest barrier to a sale often is trust.  A blog can humanize a company and show their expertise.  

Just my two cents.  Hoping I see more blogs from store owners. ;)</description>
