I worked at one place where they did that, but it was with a single weather balloon (no I do not know where they got it). When it inflated, it was big enough to completely fill his very small office. Unfortunately, when he opened the door, it somehow punctured the balloon which immediately blew up and left a powder residue over everything! It took several days to clean up the mess.
